Buyers Commit Over $125 Million to Madeline by Mosaic

2025-10-17

Buyers have invested over 125 million Australian dollars in a brand-new high-end residential tower in Broadbeach, demonstrating strong market demand for ultra-luxury residential products. This project is developed by Mosaic Property Group with a total investment of 270 million Australian dollars. It is named Madeline by Mosaic and is a 35-storey ultra-luxurious tower located on Mary Avenue, directly facing the Broadbeach State School sports field. And one of the last protected sea-view corridors in the area was utilized. This is the first collaboration between Mosaic and the internationally renowned design firm Fraser and Partners. The project plans to have only 59 large-scale penthouse apartment residences, with no more than two units on each floor. Many units have an area of over 400 square meters, with a starting price of 3.5 million Australian dollars. The apartment design emphasizes space and functionality, using natural stone, wood and glass materials, and is equipped with high-end details such as a wine cellar, fireplace, butler kitchen and home theater, achieving seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Residents will also enjoy a range of five-star hotel-style facilities, including a swimming pool, cold water pool, steam room, sauna, gym, library, guest lounge and outdoor entertainment terrace.

Brook Monahan, the founder and managing director of Mosaic, stated that Madeline represents the company’s years of accumulation and the highest standards in high-end residential design and delivery. He also emphasized that there is no shortage of new product in the market which makes that buyer loyalty is particularly important. The Mosaic project has always been able to sell out ahead of completion because it meets people’s expectations for current and future living styles. The detailed construction plan for the project has been initiated. It is expected that the internal construction team of Mosaic will officially commence work by the end of September this year and the project is scheduled to be completed in early 2028. Monahan acknowledged that delivering high-quality multi-residential projects in the current market environment is complex, but Mosaic will not compromise on quality. The preparatory work of its own construction team is precisely its differentiating advantage.
